Can transfer tickets be configured?

For transfer tickets, create a reading where tickets are entered manually on both the source and destination tanks. These will also need to be made part of the formula for Tanks and configurations for allocations.

Example

• Reading View Name = Oil Transfer Ticket

• Reading Type = TankRunTicket

• Key attributes needed

  • Run Ticket Type

  • Product Type

  • Product

  • Disposition

  • Destination Tank

  • Ticket Number

  • Transporter

  • Observed Temp

  • BSW %

  • Gross Volume

• Source transfer ticket gets created with RunTicketType as Transfer Source

• Dynamic Lookup is needed to be used for the Destination Tank on the Run Ticket

• Fetch existing ticket is exists from dynamo for the Destination Tank and filter for RunTicketType as Transfer Destination and {{Source Tank }}attribute (to make sure correct ticket is updated).

• Create/Update Destination Transfer Ticket for the Destination Tank with attribute values from the source ticket.
