How do I see my APBE alerts in the admin?

Navigate to the Alert History tab in the Pump by Exception section to see all generated APBE alerts.

Alerts can be filtered based on routes and date range.

All assets and event details will be shown on the grid

• Object - The user will be able to navigate directly to asset reading to see which reading triggered the alert.

• Stop

• Route

• Alert Name

• Location Service enabled

• Priority

• Status

• Type

• Days since the alert is open

• Label

• Team

• Schedule Name- If the alert is triggered through a scheduled alert

• Date Created

• Date Modified

Users can resolve the alert individually or in bulk from the alert history section.

Users can also download the audit history of the alert.
