The calculated attributes of my reading are not matching the calculations? what could be the reasons for this?
The possible reasons why calculated attributes do not match the calculations
There are two WebAdmin-UI data entry processes which can result in this
User has entered/saved the data in “CalculationType= Manual”, which means all the calculated attributes are not recalculated with the latest data entered in the reading.
User may have bulk uploaded data through a bulk upload template for the readings, which always works in CalculationType= Manual.
If the specific attribute is also disabled( in addition to being a calculated attrbiute), then
Attribute value will always be recalculated when the reading is created/edited through the OneApp, irrespective of the attribute being enabled/disabled.
If the Reading was edited through WebAdmin-UI, then recalculation of calculated attribute is not done.
