What kind of 3rd party APIs can JOYN FSM call in a secure manner?

JOYN can be configured to call 3rd party APIs based on task conditions as follows:

  • Setup a JOYN FSM service account login for the 3rd party system that can be used to call APIs

  • Submit a ticket to JOYN support to help configure the login in the backend of JOYN (Don’t worry - at some point, we will enable you to configure this yourself on the UI)

  • Once the backend setup is complete, you can configure the task type conditions in the task type template along with the API that needs to be called as shown below in the section called “API(s) to invoke”:
