What should be done if Appsync was not enabled for a client during go-live, but was later enabled on Client's request?

If the pumpers are already using the application, without Appsync enabled for the Client, and Appsync is enabled on Client’s request then the following information need to be passed to the Client’s Administrator( OneApp users)

  1. Appsync configuration is fetched by the mobile app when the “user logs in to mobile App”

  2. For this change to take effect in the OneApp, after the configuration change is made.

  3. The pumpers using the Mobile App need to logout from the App

    1. Ensure all the readings they have entered in the application are synced, before they logout, by slide-syncing all the routes they have used on the OneApp

    2. Pumpers have to log-in into the OneApp and once they restore the routes, Appsync will start working for those routes on OneApp

Note: The expectations for Appsync, is that the user( a unique username) should not be logged into the OneApp from more than one device at any time.
