What if calculated attributes for tank readings are showing "0", even with non-zero gauges, in OneApp??

To perform calculations for attributes such as Ending Oil, Ending Water, Oil Production, and Water Production, on OneApp, it is necessary to fulfill the following conditions:

1. Valid Tank-Strapping Assignment:

   • Ensure that the tank has an assigned tank-strapping that is active for the desired date.

2. Correct Attribute Formulas Setup:

   1. The calculated attribute formulas must be correctly configured in the reading-config for Reading View.

3. When the pumper first restored the route

   1. The tank should be part of the route

   2. The Tank Strapping should have already been assigned to the tank.

Steps to Follow if you notice calculations are not working on tank reading:

1. Sync Data:

   • Ensure that all entered data is synchronized, meaning there are no unsynced records, for all the routes being used.

2. Clear Data:

   • Clear all data to clean up assets and metadata, including tank strappings, preparing them for reloading.

3. Restore the Route:

   • Restore the route to fetch all relevant tank strappings associated with the tanks in the route during the first-time restoration.

4. Enter Data on the Affected Tank:

   • If the issue persists, enter the required data specifically for the tank where the problem is observed

Please contact the production administrator to perform the following checks:

1. Tank Strapping Assignment:

   1. Verify if the tank has a valid tank strapping assigned to it.

2. Validity of Tank Strapping:

   • Confirm that the tank strapping assigned is valid and effective for the date range of data entry.

3. Non-Zero Strapping Details:

   1. Ensure that the tank strapping assigned to the tank has non-zero strapping details.
