Why is a reading not showing up in my app?
If no reading up shows up in the mobile app for a user of an asset which was created, verify the following:
✅ Team view is created for the reading view and the team to which the user belongs
✅ Subtypes are added to the reading view for the assets that need to show in a certain view
✅ The same subtypes are also available on the reading type
✅ Duplicate reading views do not exist for the same team and the same subtype of the asset
✅ The readings are infrequent and there were no readings within the restore window. Also, minimum readings to restore configuration is not done for the reading of interest.
