Unable to remove duplicate documents on Journal entries or AP vouchers
📘 Instructions
The only time an attachment should be able to be deleted from a voucher would be when the voucher is in “Draft” and has not been submitted through an approval decision. If the voucher is in rejected status the attachments can also be removed before being submitted again.
If the voucher is in “Posted” status the attachments can’t be removed and the blue “X” will not be available.
This is required for Audit Purposes.
